I help men in their 30's and 40's build muscle when the things that used to work aren't working anymore. You haven't given up on your dream physique, but you know you can't train like you did in your 20s. You want your 40s and 50s to look different from what you see around you and you're ready to do what it takes.
How you build your environments determines the ease or difficulty of your success.
Currently I'm on the road to 200lbs!

I especially love working with women navigating menopause; high schoolers finding their place in fitness; dancers and performers; and anyone wanting to learn to lift confidently. Expect encouragement, accountability, and a push when you need it without the drill-sergeant energy.
I believe a dedicated glute day can absolutely have a place in a well-rounded training program—sometimes it’s okay to train something simply because you enjoy it.
I’m always training for two kinds of performance: HYROX and professional musical theatre, which means balancing strength and endurance with the cardio, flexibility, and stability I need to tackle advanced choreography.

I work with everyday adults who feel their body's changing and want help getting into the swing of things, ATHLETES WHO HAVEN’T TRAINED IN ALMOST 10 years, Autistic Children and adults & clients with chronic diseases. As well as clients 40-60 years of age that need a little more training for everyday life.
No matter the clients background the first few weeks of training with me looks like coordination, balance, agility and mobility before we begin work under a barbell, this helps their form down the line and helps me keep an eye out for imbalances & stability issues ahead of time.
I am currently trying to get my deadlift above 625lbs while keeping my body fat as low as possible.

I enjoy working with successful men and women in their 35s–50s whose careers and families are thriving, but whose bodies are starting to feel like they’re working against them. They want to get lean, strong, and capable without giving up the food, drinks, travel, activities, and family time they enjoy.
Most trainers will tell you that you need to lose fat, eat like a monk, and make fitness your life to get in shape. I believe you need to build enough muscle and strength to support the life you actually want to live—not become a bodybuilder, just strong enough to move well, feel confident, and do the things you love without your body working against you.
I’m currently working on getting stronger while keeping my own training sustainable, because I’ve learned firsthand that being fit isn’t worth much if your body hurts and your entire life revolves around the gym.

I love working with people who want to train mentally and physically, which is how you train like an athlete. You set a goal and we work to reach that goal together. I work with all ages!
Train your mind before your body. Mental then physical.
My current goal is to be able to complete all my college field hockey run tests by the end of fall.

I work with everyday people who want to make strength and fitness part of their lifestyle; from former professional athletes to complete beginners. The starting point may look different, but the goal is the same: build strength, move well, and create something sustainable.
Strength training isn’t just about getting stronger in the gym, it’s about building a body that protects you and keeps you capable for life.
Currently I'm working on getting leaner while maintaining my strength and continuing to build the kind of fitness I want to carry with me long-term.
